Please be aware there is a rent payment scam that we were notified about. Our residents are being asked to make a payment outside of our regular payment methods. York Property Management will never ask you to pay your rent outside our regular payment options (Online Banking, Preauthorized Payment or Cheque). If you are being asked to pay a fee outside these methods, please do not make the payment and contact us to investigate.

Re: FAKE LETTER BEING CIRCULATED
To all York Property Management residents,


It has been brought to our attention that there is a letter being circulated that indicates we are
requiring residents to pay an additional $5 fee for rent. It also requests that all residents help
clean/disinfect our buildings due to the COVID-19 outbreak.


This letter was not released or approved by York Property Management.
Please DO NOT pay the $5 fee. We would not ask you to pay a fee outside of the way that you
normally pay your rent.


I would ask that if you have any information on who has published this letter, please contact us.
In the meantime, please be vigilant with your own cleaning and disinfecting within your suite.
York Property Management will continue to disinfect our high touch surfaces as often as
